Improve efficiency
Five-axis linkage robot arm: supports XYZ three-axis linear motion + AB rotation axis, can cover 360° curved surface glue dispensing without dead angles, and the single-piece glue dispensing time is shortened to 0.8 seconds.
Non-contact injection technology: using piezoelectric injection valve, there is no need to contact the surface of the workpiece, avoid scratches or contamination, and the glue dispensing speed is increased by 4 times.
Improve accuracy
3D visual guidance: high-precision 3D camera (accuracy ±0.01mm) locates surface features in real time, automatically compensates for workpiece tolerances, and the glue dispensing position error is ≤±0.02mm.
Vacuum degassing technology: vacuum is simultaneously drawn during the dispensing process to eliminate bubbles in the glue, and the density of the glue layer is increased by 95%.
Reduce costs
Reduce the defective rate: the comprehensive yield rate is increased from 90% of manual operation to 99.7%, reducing scrap and rework costs.
